Ongoing help by the hour

For ongoing work: $40 an hour, from 10 hours a month, agreed in advance. One-off tasks outside the price list: $50 an hour, 2-hour minimum, with a written estimate and a cap.

Fixes from the price list always have one fixed price. They are never billed by the hour.

Send your store address

You: Send your store address on WhatsApp or by email. On Upwork, use Upwork messages. If you like, add three numbers for the last 28 days: Meta purchases, store orders and Meta ad spend.

We: Confirm we’ve got it. If the address is missing, that’s the only thing we ask.

When: About 30 seconds for you.

Cost: Free.

Access: None.

Free outside check

You: Nothing to do. You get two screenshots and a short note: which of your numbers your ad budget can trust, what’s broken and, if a fix is needed, one fixed price. If it’s all fine, we say so in two lines, with no sales pitch.

We: Go through your store like any visitor, up to checkout, in a normal browser. We don’t type in any details or pay. We check Meta events by hand, because automated scanners can miss them. We see your cookie banner as a visitor from Israel, where we’re based.

When: Within 1 business day. After that, no follow-up messages unless you ask for one.

Cost: Free.

Access: None.

Free audit, view-only

For stores spending $3,000+ a month on Meta and Google Ads, with 30+ orders in the last 28 days and at least one campaign optimizing for purchases. It helps when the outside check can’t show the cause, or your platforms disagree.

You: Add us with view-only access to Events Manager, GA4, Tag Manager and, if you like, Google Ads. Send screenshots of your orders, sales and ad spend for the same last 28 days. A one-page guide shows each click.

We: Send a one-page report: what share of your real orders each platform sees, what causes the gap, what it means in money from your own numbers, and one fixed price to fix it. We can send the result to your agency, too.

When: Within 2 business days after access. We take up to 2 audits a week. If this week is full, we tell you the next free day.

Cost: Free.

Access: View-only. We can’t change anything, and you remove our access when the report arrives.

Spending less?

The outside check is still free. If you go ahead with a fix, we confirm the scope with access first. If it’s different, you can stop without paying.

Your fixed price

You: Reply YES. Then add us as a user in your own accounts.

We: Send one message with six lines: the price, what’s included, the time, what we need from you, payment, and what will change in your reports.

When: We answer within 1 business day.

Cost: One fixed price, in writing. Fixes are never billed by the hour.

Access: Edit rights only where the fix needs them. No passwords.

If the job turns out different

If, once we have access, the job turns out different from what we saw, we tell you before we start. You can stop without paying.

Fix in 2–5 business days

You: Agree on the test order with us, if one is needed. We place it with a 100% discount code or on a $1 item; you cancel it afterwards.

We: Do the fix and one test order, with three short updates: started, test order passed, handing over. We never touch your campaigns, budgets or creatives. Only the tracking.

When: Counted from the day we get access:

Cost: The fixed price you said YES to.

Access: The edit rights from step 4.

You pay after handover

You: Read the summary, then pay.

We: Send a one-page summary: what changed, the test order, the date from which to compare numbers, when the 14 days end, and how to remove our access.

When: Handover is day 0. Then 14 days of free fixes: if something we set up stops working in the two weeks after handover, we fix it at no charge.

Cost: The fixed price, paid after handover, once the test order shows up.

Access: Remove our access right away, or after the 14 days.

Heads-up

If Meta counted extra purchases before, it will show fewer now. That’s the real number, not a drop in sales.

Day 12–14: did the fix hold?

You: Read one page. Answer the question at the end, or don’t.

We: Send two weeks of your platform numbers against your orders, on one page, in the same format as the monthly report. At the end, one question: would you like this every month? If you don’t reply, we won’t write about it again.

When: Day 12–14 after handover.

Cost: Included in the fix.

Access: View-only.

Monthly check, if you want

You: Read one page. Ask questions any time, in writing. We answer within 1 business day.

We: Check Meta, GA4 and Google Ads against your real orders. One page, and its first line says whether your budget can rely on these numbers. Repairs up to 1 hour, a log of what changed, and a check with a test order before your biggest sale. We can send a copy to your agency.

When: Every month, by the 5th business day.

Cost: $250 a month, invoiced with each report. Your price stays the same for 12 months. Pause or stop with one message.

Access: View-only in Events Manager, GA4 and Google Ads. Edit rights in Tag Manager only for repairs, if you choose.
